Channel steps
Channel steps send messages or place calls using masters configured under Integrations.
Common pattern
Section titled “Common pattern”- Configure the channel master (WhatsApp number, SMS sender, …).
- In the spinner, add the channel step.
- Select the channel and the phone/email column (must be a metadata field).
- Select a template when the channel requires one (WhatsApp).

- Templates and opt-in rules are your responsibility under local regulations.
- Test with one row before large sends.
- Check Records for message ids and dispositions after the run.
