Channel steps

Channel steps send messages or place calls using masters configured under Integrations.

  1. Configure the channel master (WhatsApp number, SMS sender, …).
  2. In the spinner, add the channel step.
  3. Select the channel and the phone/email column (must be a metadata field).
  4. Select a template when the channel requires one (WhatsApp).

  • Templates and opt-in rules are your responsibility under local regulations.
  • Test with one row before large sends.
  • Check Records for message ids and dispositions after the run.
