Limits & usage meters
Every CXGear plan includes limits so usage stays predictable. The Billing page shows those limits as usage meters: how much you have used, what your plan allows, and how much is left.
You do not need to guess whether you are close to a cap. Open Billing and read the meters.
Where to find meters
Section titled “Where to find meters”Open the user menu → Billing. The Usage section lists each metered resource for your organization.

What each meter shows
Section titled “What each meter shows”Every meter answers three questions:
| Number | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Used | How much you have consumed so far |
| Limit | How much your plan allows (or unlimited on Enterprise-style plans) |
| Remaining | How much headroom is left before CXGear blocks the action |
When remaining hits zero, the next action that needs that resource is blocked with a clear error. See When a limit is hit.
What is metered
Section titled “What is metered”Typical meters (always confirm on your Billing page — plans can differ):
| Meter | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Projects | Active projects in the organization |
| Spinners | Non-supporting spinners you can publish |
| Users | Active seats |
| Data tables | Tables you create |
| API keys | Active organization API keys |
| Jobs / month | Spinner runs started this calendar month |
| Records spun / month | Rows processed this calendar month |
| Call analyses / month | Post Call Analyzer analyses this month |
| Channels | Connected channel providers |
Capacity meters (projects, users, tables, keys, channels) go up when you create resources and down when you remove them (subject to product rules).
Monthly meters (jobs, records, analyses) accumulate through the month and reset.
Monthly reset
Section titled “Monthly reset”Jobs, records spun, and call analyses reset at the start of each calendar month.
That means:
- On the 1st, monthly used counters return to zero
- Unused monthly allowance does not roll over to the next month
- Hitting a monthly cap mid-month blocks new runs until you upgrade or wait for reset
Capacity limits (for example max projects) do not reset monthly — they stay until you free a resource or change plan.
Plans in context
Section titled “Plans in context”| Plan | Intent |
|---|---|
| Trial | Explore with light limits |
| Pro | Growing teams, daily outreach, light PCA |
| Advanced | Higher volume, more seats, heavier PCA |
| Enterprise | Custom limits, SSO, dedicated support |
Exact numbers live on Billing and in Plans overview. Trial details are also summarized in Trial limits.
Success looks like
Section titled “Success looks like”- You check Billing before a large campaign
- Monthly meters have headroom for the jobs you plan to run
- Capacity meters are not sitting at the limit “just in case”
- The team knows which meters reset and which do not
Common problems
Section titled “Common problems”| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “We barely used the product” but jobs are blocked | Monthly job or record meter is full | Upgrade, or wait for month reset |
| Project create fails on Trial | Project capacity is 1 | Delete an unused project or upgrade |
| Meters look fine but API trigger fails | API key or spinner/job limit | Check all meters, not only projects |
| Confusion after upgrade | Page not refreshed | Reload Billing and confirm plan name |
