SMS, email & voice
Besides WhatsApp, CXGear supports SMS, email, and voice channel masters under Integrations.
Configure provider (for example Twilio), from-number, and credentials. Spinners select the SMS master and a phone metadata field.
Configure provider (SendGrid, SMTP, or mock), from address, and API key. Spinners select the email master and an email metadata field.
Configure a voice channel master for AI or human voice steps, including capacity and SIP-related settings when you use your own telephony.
Shared rules
Section titled “Shared rules”- Masters are organization-level; projects reuse them.
- Secrets go in the vault / integration storage — not in spinner text fields.
- Always test with one row before large sends.
