Trial limits
Trial lets you explore CXGear with light limits. Limits protect the platform and make upgrade paths clear. When you hit a limit, the action is blocked with a clear message — it is not a silent failure.
What is limited
Section titled “What is limited”Typical Trial caps (always confirm on Billing → Usage):

| Spinners | How many non-supporting spinners you can publish |
| Users | How many active seats |
| Data tables | How many tables |
| API keys | How many active keys |
| Jobs / month | How many spinner runs this calendar month |
| Records spun / month | How many rows processed this month |
| Call analyses / month | PCA analyses this month |
| Channels | Connected channel providers |
Monthly counters reset at the start of each calendar month.

Section titled “What you will see”Errors look like:
Project limit reached on the trial plan (1/1). Upgrade to continue. Open Billing to upgrade your plan.
Toasts appear above drawers and modals so you can read them while a form is open.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”- Open Billing and check which meter is full.
- Remove unused resources if you are still exploring, or
- Subscribe to Pro (Stripe internationally, Razorpay in India), or contact us for Advanced / Enterprise.
