Trial limits

Trial lets you explore CXGear with light limits. Limits protect the platform and make upgrade paths clear. When you hit a limit, the action is blocked with a clear message — it is not a silent failure.

Typical Trial caps (always confirm on Billing → Usage):

Errors look like:

Project limit reached on the trial plan (1/1). Upgrade to continue. Open Billing to upgrade your plan.

Toasts appear above drawers and modals so you can read them while a form is open.

  1. Open Billing and check which meter is full.
  2. Remove unused resources if you are still exploring, or
  3. Subscribe to Pro (Stripe internationally, Razorpay in India), or contact us for Advanced / Enterprise.
