Integrations is where you connect the outside world to CXGear: AI providers, messaging channels, telephony, and related masters.

The goal is simple: configure credentials once, then select them inside projects and spinners. You should not paste API keys into every pipeline.

Areas you will use most

Area	Purpose
AI providers	LLM, speech-to-text, storage
Channels	WhatsApp, SMS, email, voice masters
Vault	Encrypted secrets for custom API calls
Telephony	Gateways and trunks for dialler / voice
