PCA setup checklist
PCA only works when providers and project setup are complete. Use this checklist before the first analysis.
Checklist
Section titled “Checklist”- Integrations → AI providers
- LLM (for scoring / GenAI tags / summaries)
- STT (transcription)
- Storage (where recordings are read or stored)
- Open the Call Analyzer project → Setup.
- Select the providers (you do not paste keys on Setup — keys live in Integrations).
- Set max score and good/poor limits if you use QA grades.
- Configure Tags.
- Configure QA scorecard (questions, optional bundles).
- Create a data table with recording URLs and set metadata fields.
- Publish the intake spinner (and schedule if you want nightly runs).
- Ensure the runtime is running.
