PCA setup checklist

PCA only works when providers and project setup are complete. Use this checklist before the first analysis.

  1. Integrations → AI providers
    • LLM (for scoring / GenAI tags / summaries)
    • STT (transcription)
    • Storage (where recordings are read or stored)
  2. Open the Call Analyzer project → Setup.
  3. Select the providers (you do not paste keys on Setup — keys live in Integrations).
  4. Set max score and good/poor limits if you use QA grades.
  5. Configure Tags.
  6. Configure QA scorecard (questions, optional bundles).
  7. Create a data table with recording URLs and set metadata fields.
  8. Publish the intake spinner (and schedule if you want nightly runs).
  9. Ensure the runtime is running.

After a run, Records shows analyzed calls with score, grade, tags, and summary. Open QA View for the frozen scorecard snapshot.
