Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm the runtime service is running.
  2. Open Jobs and click Refresh.
  3. Open a record’s Pipeline journey for step errors.
  4. Check runtime terminal logs (AI steps log “calling LLM” / failures).

Open Billing → Usage. Free a resource or upgrade. Toasts appear above drawers.

  • Same computer after restart should auto-replace the session.
  • Different device: use Continue here.
  • Prefer Sign out before long maintenance windows.

  • Redirect URI must be exactly https://YOUR_API_HOST/api/v1/channels/whatsapp/oauth/callback
  • Do not request invalid scopes (CXGear uses WhatsApp scopes only)
  • Development mode: only Meta app admins/developers/testers can complete login

Admins should not see constant incoming-call / active-call requests. Agents use an event stream when they have an extension and are not offline.
