Troubleshooting
Job never finishes
Section titled “Job never finishes”- Confirm the runtime service is running.
- Open Jobs and click Refresh.
- Open a record’s Pipeline journey for step errors.
- Check runtime terminal logs (AI steps log “calling LLM” / failures).
Plan limit errors
Section titled “Plan limit errors”Open Billing → Usage. Free a resource or upgrade. Toasts appear above drawers.
Session / login issues
Section titled “Session / login issues”- Same computer after restart should auto-replace the session.
- Different device: use Continue here.
- Prefer Sign out before long maintenance windows.
AI agent errors
Section titled “AI agent errors”| Message pattern | Meaning |

| No API key | Edit the LLM integration and save a key |
| Timed out | Provider slow or network blocked — retry or reduce load |
WhatsApp OAuth
Section titled “WhatsApp OAuth”- Redirect URI must be exactly
https://YOUR_API_HOST/api/v1/channels/whatsapp/oauth/callback - Do not request invalid scopes (CXGear uses WhatsApp scopes only)
- Development mode: only Meta app admins/developers/testers can complete login
Dialler API traffic
Section titled “Dialler API traffic”Admins should not see constant incoming-call / active-call requests. Agents use an event stream when they have an extension and are not offline.
